Part 19th-century landmark, part 21st-century architectural showcase, the visionary owner of the Conservatorium Hotel authored the meticulous transformation of one of Amsterdam's most iconic buildings. This magnificent Neo-Gothic building was originally built at the end of the 19th Century and in its new incarnation, it has been transformed into a contemporary luxury five-star hotel at the end of 2011. The hotel combines luxury, lifestyle, and heritage. It houses a top-tier restaurant and a hip holistic spa. Austerely seductive suites make for indulgent romantic breaks, and its location is perfect for city strolling.

Location

Located in the heart of Amsterdam’s museum district (Museumplein), the Conservatorium Hotel is a stone’s throw away from the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. The luxury shopping avenues of P.C Hooftstraat and Van Baerlestraat  are right at the hotel’s doorstep as well as the charming Vondelpark.

The hotel has 129 rooms, including 42 suites. All the rooms offer complimentary wi-fi and state of the art in-room entertainment.

  • Superior Room

    These rooms are approximately 25 to 30 m2 in size and are perfect for single guests. The room offers comfortable working space with free Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art in-room entertainment, a large rainfall shower, luxurious designer amenities, bathroom LCD mirror TV and micro cotton towels.

  • Duplex Room

    Experience the elegance and contemporary design of our split-level duplex room. The room features two queen beds, offering a comfortable stay for up to two adults. Enjoy the city view from the room and unwind in the cosy lounge area. The warm travertine stone bathroom boasts a large rainfall shower, adding a luxurious touch to your stay. With dark hardwood floors and natural colour decor, the room exudes a sophisticated charm. Size- 30 m²

  • Deluxe room

    The Deluxe room is furnished in classic neutral colours. The room gaze out over central Amsterdam or the hotel atrium. On the lower floor is a separate seating area and the bathroom featuring roomy rainfall showers (some have deep soaking tubs). Size:36 m2

  • Junior Suite

    Dominated by soothing neutrals, roomy Junior Suites look out over the Stedelijk museum or hotel courtyard. Bathrooms are indulgently spacious and feature roomy rainfall showers and deep soaking tubs. Size: 52 m2

  • Grand junior suite

    Experience the luxury of Grand junior suite, Choose between a King Bed or Twin Bed configuration. This elegant suite offers the option of single and split-level layouts, along with a rainfall shower, deep soak bathtub, and two bathrooms (one on each floor). Decorated in natural colours and featuring dark hardwood floors, it includes a comfortable work space and a lounge area. The suite sleeps up to three adults, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. Size-55 m²

  • The Deluxe Suite

    The Deluxe Suite is a spacious split-level suite featuring a Super King or Twin Bed and two bathrooms (one on each floor). The suite is elegantly decorated in natural colours with dark hardwood floors, and it offers a lounge area and dining table. The lower level includes a comfortable work space. The warm travertine stone bathrooms on each level feature a large rainfall shower and a deep soak bathtub. Deluxe Suites can accommodate up to three adults and one child up to the age of 12. Size - 71 m²

  • Rooftop Suite

    The generous Rooftop Suites have great views of Amsterdam overlooking the Stedelijk Museum and the Van Baerlestraat. The 64 m2 size suite has interesting historical features and is set over several levels giving a real feeling of space.

  • Conservatorium Suite

    Decked out in calming neutrals, Conservatorium Suites gaze out over the city. These large suites offer separate working and lounging areas and provide a generous amount of space. The Conservatorium One Bedroom Suites vary in size from 56 to 74 m2. The room offers comfortable working space and separate seating area, with free Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art in room entertainment.

  • Van Baerle Suite

    Van Baerle Suites gaze out over the city from the hotel’s corner. With 4.5m high ceilings, this suite offer separate working and lounging areas and afford a real feeling of space. Roomy bathrooms feature rainfall showers and solid stone oval baths big enough for two, plus LDC bathroom mirror TVs and L’Occitane products. Other amenities include free WiFi, flatscreen TVs, iPod docking stations, minibar, air-conditioning and complimentary fruit and water on arrival. Size: 64 m²

  • Concerto One Bedroom Suite

    Experience luxury in Concerto One Bedroom Suite features a Super King Bed and a split-level layout with a spacious lounge area, large dining table, and a convenient kitchenette. Historical arched windows provide natural daylight and picturesque views of the Stedelijk Museum and the hotel's courtyard. On the mezzanine level, you'll find the bedroom and a warm Travertine Stone bathroom with a large rainfall shower and a solid stone bathtub. This suite comfortably accommodates up to three adults.     The spacious Residence Two Bedroom Suite features two super king beds, a balcony, and a separate living room for your comfort. The warm travertine stone bathrooms include a large rainfall shower and a deep soak bathtub for your relaxation.   • I love Amsterdam Suite

    The I-Love-Amsterdam Suite is a beautiful 155 m2 triplex with a rooftop terrace which offers 360 degree views of the Amsterdam skyline. Tucked away on the top floor, the space is defined by the historic architecture and original wooden beams. The suite is divided in three levels with a spacious bathroom and creates an original and entertaining experience of Amsterdam. The room offers comfortable working space with free Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art in room entertainment.

  • The Garden Two Bedroom Suite

    This luxurious two-bedroom suite features a picturesque private garden spanning 70 m² which can be accessed via stairs from the suite's balcony, offering stunning views of the Stedelijk Museum. The suite has two bathrooms, a separate living room, and a comfortable working space. Both bedrooms are furnished with a super king and king bed. The spacious bathroom in the main bedroom includes a large rainfall shower and deep soak bathtub, while the second bedroom features a warm travertine stone bathroom with similar amenities. The Suite accommodates up to five adults and one child up to 12 years of age. Size- 110 m²

  • Residence Suite

    The Residence Suites look like a classic Amsterdam townhouse, designed for families or long-stay guests. Decorated in calming neutral, the suite offers city or courtyard views and balconies with well-equipped kitchenettes as well as separate working and lounging areas. The Residence Suites vary in size from 53 to 68 m2.

  • Concerto Two Bedroom Suite

    This beautiful loft-like split-level suite boasts historical arched windows that fill the space with natural light and provide views of the Stedelijk Museum and the hotel's courtyard. The lower level features a spacious lounge area with a large dining table, a kitchenette, and a half bathroom. A hallway leads to the second bedroom, which includes a lounge area, a bathroom, and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the mezzanine level. Both bathrooms are constructed with warm travertine stone and contain a large rainfall shower and a solid stone bathtub. The Suite accommodates up to four adults and two children up to the age of 12

  • Penthouse suite

    The luxurious penthouse suite features two super king beds, private entrances, floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate living room, a large dining table, a kitchen, and a walk-in wardrobe. The Highlight of the suite is wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural daylight and offer stunning views of the neo-Gothic heritage of the building. The spacious living room is equipped with a kitchenette, large dining table, and an 80-inch screen. The bedroom boasts a super king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with a rainfall shower, solid stone oval bathtub, and double sinks. The suite also offers complete privacy with its own lift landing. The Penthouse Suite can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children under 12. For larger groups, the entire floor, which includes six separate bedrooms, can be reserved exclusively, accommodating up to 14 adults and three children under 12. Size- 170 m²

  • Penthouse wing

    The penthouse wing features Superior and Deluxe Guestrooms, a Grand Junior Suite and the elegant Penthouse Suite on the sixth floor can be exclusively reserved for up to 14 adults and three children. The Penthouse Suite offers floor-to-ceiling windows, a large living and dining room, personalized pantry support for special events, and an 80-inch private cinema. The Grand Junior Suite overlooks the Museum District and accommodates up to four guests, featuring a separate working area, living and bedroom spaces, and a deep soaking bathtub. The Superior and Deluxe Guestrooms, designed by renowned architect Piero Lissoni, offer inspiring working spaces, state-of-the-art in-room entertainment, and large rainfall showers in a restful and intimate atmosphere.
