Grootbos is located at the southern tip of South Africa at the convergence of the Southern Atlantic and Indian ocean - just 2 hours from Cape Town and 30 minutes from Hermanus on the world renowned Garden Route.

The Garden Lodge, the Forest Lodge and the Villa at Grootbos offer complete privacy together with panoramic view of the reserve and the ocean beyond. The Garden Lodge lies in a warm indigenous African ambience with stone walls and a private sundeck. The Forest Lodge is an architectural masterpiece with a chic design with a light filled lounge surrounded by the Milkwood forest. The free standing villa is set in a natural wonderland with 6 elegant suites. All accommodation at Grootbos includes all meals and host of guided tours.
