The JK Place Firenze is an elegant and stylish hotel located on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella in Florence. It is part historic palazzo and part modern townhouse. Designed more like a sophisticated home than a hotel, this 20 room intimate hotel is a warm blend of modern and traditional. It features a Charles X fireplace, neoclassical furniture from the 50’s, objects from the 70’s and yet has a sleek, almost masculine décor in natural hues. Its selection of beautiful antiques and artworks give this small hotel a grand feeling, yet retaining its intimate and romantic atmosphere. The JK terrace restaurant, the cozy JK Champagne bar and the private rooftop terraced JK Lounge all enhance this immaculate, refined atmosphere. 
Location

The JK Place Firenze is located just 15 minutes away from Florence airport, and 5 minutes from the railway station. 

Rooms

The 20 rooms at the hotel are spread over 3 floors which can be accessed by a well concealed elevator. The design is muted with neutral décor featuring cream curtains, grey carpets, chrome lamps, glass topped tables and a profusion of artworks on the walls – all harmoniously woven together.

  • The Superior rooms

    The Superior rooms offer a cosy retreat with distinctive layouts, adorned with elegant white boiserie and decorated in soothing pastel hues, overlooking either a gallery or a courtyard. Each room includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower, an LED TV, individually controlled air conditioning, a complimentary mini bar, and free Wi-Fi. The room size is approximately 25 sq m.

  • The Deluxe rooms

    The Deluxe rooms offer a serene view of the inner court, boasting spacious and stylish interiors adorned with elegant boiserie and subtle hues. Each room is furnished with either double or twin beds and includes a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower or tub. Additional amenities include an LED TV, individually controlled air conditioning, a complimentary mini bar, and free Wi-Fi. The room size is approximately 32 sqm.

  • The Duplex Junior Suite

    The Duplex Junior Suite, positioned on the hotel's top floor, spans two levels and offers captivating views of Santa Maria Movella square and the church. The lower level features a studio with a desk and seating area, while the upper level houses the main bedroom.   • The Duomo Penthouse

    The Duomo Penthouse , situated on the top floor, boasts a large window offering expansive views over Florence. Accessible from the upper level, the private roof terrace features an ensuite room with a bathtub offering panoramic Duomo views and a separate walk-in shower. Downstairs, the bedroom includes a double bed with parquet flooring, a spacious designer desk, and an elegant chaise lounge. The penthouse spans approximately 40 sq m in size.

  • The Santa Maria Novella Master suite

    The Santa Maria Novella Master suite embodies the sophisticated and intimate ambiance of J.K. Place. Overlooking Santa Maria Novella square and its Cathedral, this room features a spacious fireplace, a four-poster bed, a luxurious king-sized sofa bed, a designer table, a crystal chandelier, wall-to-wall carpeting, and both bathtub and shower facilities. Additional amenities include LED Satellite TV, telephone, free WI-FI internet access, complimentary mini-bar, and a safe. The room spans approximately 50 sq m in size.

  • The Grand

    The Grand is situated on the fourth and top floor of the Palazzo. It features a panoramic view of Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its Basilica.
