An exclusive and luxurious boutique hotel with just 12 elegant and spacious pavilions set amidst a beautiful beachside seven acre coconut grove. It is the perfect balance between outdoor living and indoor opulence. The resort has a gloriously white sandy beach and overlooks the Indian Ocean. Providing the ultimate privacy, the pavilions are a mix of Sri Lankan and Balinese architecture. Each one of the pavilions has a private plunge pool. Location

Serene Pavilions is located on Sri Lanka’s west coast between Wadduwa and Panadura, a 45-minute drive from Colombo and 63 kms from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport.

The rooms at Serene Pavilions are all about understated elegance and discreet perfection.

  • Garden Pavilions

    There are 4 garden pavilions – one 1 bedroom and 3 two bedroom pavilions. They are secluded away behind its walls and promise utmost peace and serenity. Set on one level, its spacious and airy living and dining room opens out to the private garden and pool area. Its opulent bedroom features a sumptuous 4-poster bed and leads directly out to the tropical deck area where outdoor living can be enjoyed to the full. A large marble bathroom provides a personal Jacuzzi, twin vanities and separate shower unit. The two bedroom pavilions are nestled within beautifully landscaped gardens. Each of the two elegant bedrooms open out onto the private pool deck area, which provides the perfect place for outdoor dining. The master bathroom is host to the Jacuzzi and it too has twin vanities and a separate shower unit. The second bathroom has ample wardrobe space and separate shower and WC units.

  • Ocean Pavilions

    The 8 ocean pavilions offer a spacious living and dining area leading directly out to its private pool and outdoor living space, each of these 2 storied Pavilions offer direct views of the Indian Ocean and the beachside gardens. On their upper level is the magnificently romantic bedroom and a spacious balcony offering the ideal place to linger over long breakfasts or to relax and watch as the sun sets. A grand marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi, twin vanities and separate shower unit is also on the second level and is reached via a large dressing room. Ocean Pavilions also offer a comfortably furnished study.

  • Two-Bedroom Garden Pavilion

    The Two-Bedroom Garden Pavilion is the perfect choice for a group of friends or family seeking unrivaled privacy. The spacious lounge and dining area leads out to a large outdoor decking area with a personal plunge pool, providing the ideal space for relaxation. The master bedroom with an elegant marble ensuite bathroom is located at one end of the Pavilion, while the second bedroom is situated at the opposite end. The pavilion can accommodate up to 4 people .
