Soneva Kiri is set amidst the lush tropical rainforest, off the south east coast of Gulf of Siam on the palm fringed island of Koh Kood in Thailand. This sun-drenched ultra luxurious hotel has vast private pool villas nested in the ocean fringed jungle. There are no roads to reach this beautiful place and you are flown by the resorts’ private jet from Bangkok International Airport and then driven to the vast villas in an eco-friendly buggy. This buggy is a private discovery vehicle for guests during their stay. 

The entire resort aims to keep its environmental impact at a minimum - its approach to renewable energy is so advanced it’s on display to visiting guests and locals as a model of sustainable living. Robinson Crusoe style dining pods are perched in the treetops giving diners a wonderful view of the white sandy beaches and sunsets. It is a family resort and provides a wide range of creative experiences for kids in The Den. It features a Chocolate Room which serves chocolate and ice creams all day for its guests.

  • Soneva Kiri is located on the remote Thai island of Kood, 350 km southeast of Bangkok and 80 km off the Thai mainland. 
  • The resort is accessible by private jet of the Hotel from Bangkok International Airport. 
  • It is an 80 minute flight from Bangkok.

Soneva Kiri has 29 villas nestled in the tropical rainforest of Koh Kood. All the villas are exceptionally spacious with outdoor bathrooms, large decks with outdoor dining and lounging areas, infinity swimming pools and have the comforts of espresso machines, Wifi, iPod docking stations, Bose sound systems, DVDs, open air bathrooms with eco-friendly toiletries and a personal electric golf buggy. Each room is individually designed with sustainable timber and provide luxury in organic style.

    Built of sustainable woods, your Bayview Pool Villa Suite has a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a walk through dressing area and bathroom with outdoor vanity, shower, shower and bath. It has Deck with open planned sitting area and large dining table, leading onto a lower pool side area additional relaxation areas. Various large terraced areas with sun loungers are located at the edge of a half moon shaped infinity pool. The room has Wi-fi and LAN connection, DVD player and Bose Hi-fi system with docking station for a personal iPod and its own electric buggy to explore the vast area.     This two bedroom Junior Beach retreat is situated on a private beach. It has one master bedroom facing the sea with outdoor bathroom and vanity and a separate dressing area, steam room & bath.     This Private Beach Pool Reserve is perfect for families, with a large master bedroom, a second bedroom, separate air-conditioned living room with a dining deck under the stars and the “tree house”  for children – complete with bunk beds, its own shower, dressing area and a private deck from where the slide goes down in the pool. The villas has an open plan sitting area and large dining table. It has a large garden and private beach area with a swinging day-bed.     Built like a "castle in the sand" , this exclusive 5-bedroom estate, is Secluded away in an exceptionally private and peaceful spot. It towers over the sea, is embraced by jungle, enjoys a serene atmosphere away from the buzz of the resort, but is only a short 5-minute electric buggy ride away from all the facilities.
