Overview

Nam Hai boasts 60 one bedroom villas and 40 one, two, three, four and five bedroom pool villas spread over 35 hectares of tropical gardens Each luxurious villa at The Nam Hai is set amongst landscaped gardens with outstanding views across the white sands and the ocean beyond. Several villas have a private pool and a personal butler service. The décor includes contemporary Vietnamese artwork , hand spun silks, polished local woods, a sunken writing desk, padded divan and a unique lacquered eggshell bath. Each villa has a separate fully equipped kitchen. The pool villas include a private butler service, complimentary airport transfers and daily in villa pre-dinner drinks and snacks. Villa amenities include flat-screen televisions and Bose sound systems, iPod and docking station, DVD player, safe, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, indoor and outdoor rain showers
Location

The Nam Hai is located on China Beach, which is 30 Km South of Danang (35 minutes) and 11 Km (10-15 minutes) North of historical site of Hoi An Town. Danang airport is accessible by air from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

  • One-bedroom ocean-view villa

    The one-bedroom ocean-view villa spans 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Featuring a king bed and a sofa bed, this villa is located in the third and fourth row from the beach, offering distant ocean views. The villa includes a full bathroom, a unique bedside bathtub and daybeds on the outdoor terrace, a refrigerated private bar, outdoor and indoor rain showers, an in-room safe, and a tea/coffee maker.

  • One-bedroom beachfront villa

    The one-bedroom beachfront villa spans 80 sqm and accommodates up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. It features a king bed (with twin beds available on request) and a sofa bed and is located in the first row from the beach, offering stunning beachfront views. Similar to the ocean-view villa, the beachfront villa includes the same features such as a full bathroom, bedside bathtub, daybeds on the outdoor terrace, a refrigerated private bar, outdoor and indoor rain showers, an in-room safe, and a tea/coffee maker.

  • The Family suite

    The Family suite features a private garden and lush surroundings, perfect for quality family time. Your little ones will love their own en-suite room, complete with games and treats. The suite offers a king bed, with the option to request two twin beds. The suite can accommodate 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, and spans 104 sqm on the ground floor. In addition to the extended children's room with a desk, television, and gaming console, the suite also features indoor and outdoor showers, providing a unique and convenient experience. The rate offered is based on an occupancy of two adults and two children, with the option to use a sofa bed to accommodate a third guest at an additional charge.

  • One - Bedroom Villa

    One - Bedroom Villa offers a cozy and charming room with a king bed, and the flexibility to request two twin beds or a sofa bed. The room can accommodate 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child, and spans 80sqm on the ground floor, providing stunning garden views. The room features a private garden with an outdoor rain shower and daybeds on the outdoor terrace, offering a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

  • 1 BR Villa

    The king sized bed of the 1BR Villa is centred on an elevated platform. A generous writing desk sits just behind, alongside the cushy, silk-lined day bed and our deep-soak lacquered eggshell bathtub.  The lavish bathroom opens out into a private garden with an outdoor shower. Size – 80 sq m

  • 1 BR Pool Villa

    The spacious 1BR Pool villas features 1 King size bed, a writing desk, divan and long egg shell lacquered baths within. The lavish bathroom opens into a private garden with an outdoor shower. These villas have a luxurious indoor and outdoor sitting areas and a private swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Size – 250 sq m

  • 2 BR Pool Villa

    Couples travelling together and families will appreciate the spaciousness of 2BR villa. The villa features a free form swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The pitched roof pillared living & dining pavilion stands adjacent but separate from the bedroom villas, complete with high-tech amenities and ideal for familial gatherings. Size – 400 sqm

  • 3BR Pool Villa

    Three individual bedrooms with private bathrooms that extend outdoors to intimate gardens with powerful rain showers. There are 3 such villa types – beachfront, oceanview and hilltop, both lovely in their own way. The villas features 3 King size beds, writing desks, divan and long egg shell lacquered baths within. The lavish bathrooms open into a private garden with an outdoor shower. The villa features luxurious indoor and outdoor sitting areas and a private swimming pool. Size – 520 sq m

    The Four-Bedroom Pool Villas look out into sprawling tropical gardens. Each dramatic bedroom villa includes its own bathroom with enclosed garden outdoor rain shower. These multiple Vietnamese inspired villas surround the sizable swimming pool where guests can settle under the sun on well-padded loungers. Size – 590 sq m

  • 5BR Pool Villa

    The Five-Bedroom Beachfront Villa can host more than thirty friends and family members among its lush, expansive gardens. It has five individual bedroom villas and separate living & dining pavilion around a pool suitable for swimming, with plenty of plush loungers to soak up the sun. The lavish bathrooms open into a private garden with an outdoor shower. Size – 660 sq m
