Location

The hotel is around a 1 hour 10 minute drive from Lulea Airport. You can also schedule a private taxi/helicopter transfer as well as a private guided tour on the way to the hotel. You can also take a train to the nearest station, which is located 30 minutes from the hotel. 

Rooms

There are 7 stylish, branch-hung treehouse dens, located in the middle of the Lapland forests. The rooms are suspended 4-6m above the ground with views of the Lule river valley and the Northern Lights in season. Each hut is uniquely designed by different Scandinavian and Norwegian architects.

  • Biosphere

    Biosphere, a sustainable and eco-conscious haven nestled within an ecological habitat. This unique accommodation is accessible via a suspended bridge, offering a close encounter with vibrant birdlife and the breathtaking canopy above. The room is designed for two persons and includes a cozy double bed, an eco shower, sauna, and tap water. Accessibility is moderate, with varying types of steps or ladders. During snow-free months, guests can enjoy the roof terrace.

  • The Mirror Cube

    Mirrorcube, an enchanting hideaway nestled among the trees. Encircled by mirror walls that reflect and seamlessly blend with the lush surroundings, Mirrorcube offers a unique retreat for two. The room features a double bed, an incineration toilet, a water dispenser, and easy accessibility. Relax and enjoy the subtle lighting by Atelje Lyktan, and savor the treetop views discreetly from the secret balcony.

  • Bird's Nest

    The Bird's Nest, a remarkable tree room that seamlessly blends the exterior with the interior. This unique space accommodates four people and offers an adventurous entry via a climbing ladder. The room features one double bed, two single beds, an incineration toilet, a water dispenser, and lighting by Atelje Lyktan.

  • The Cabin

    The Cabin offers a romantic retreat for two. This cozy wooden hideaway features a double bed, incineration toilet, water dispenser, and gentle lighting by Atelje Lyktan. Its moderate accessibility via varying steps or ladders adds to the sense of seclusion, making it a special destination for couples.

  • 7th Room

    The 7th Room offers two bedrooms and a lounge area with awe-inspiring yet safe features such as a transparent floor providing a view 10 meters below and a transparent railing revealing the vast Lule River Valley. Cozy up by the fireplace and soak in the panorama on chilly nights. This accommodation is designed for 5 people, with two double beds and a bed sofa. Amenities include an eco shower, tap water, and an incineration toilet for comfort and sustainability. The space is illuminated by lighting from Atelje Lyktan.

  • The UFO

    The UFO was designed to be the most unexpected thing you can encounter in the forest.The room contrasts sharply with the camouflaged bird’s nest by the same architect, Bertil Harström. The room has been cast in a high-strength composite material in order to create a construction that is light yet as durable as possible.

  • Dragonfly

    The Dragonfly, a rustic retreat designed for 4 people .The room features a double bed and two single beds, along with a shower, incineration toilet, and water dispenser. Enjoy panoramic views of the river valley through large windows and easy accessibility, complemented by lighting from Atelje Lyktan.

  • The Blue Cone

    The Blue Cone offers a spectacular view, a reflective mirror amplifying the beauty, and a sleeping loft with two single beds for 4 people.It features an Eco shower, incineration toilet, and water dispenser, with easy accessibility via a step ladder. Lighting is provided by Atelje Lyktan.

  • The Guesthouse

    The Guest House is a warm and cozy retreat in preserved heritage rooms. Settle in and enjoy the calming environment, with the Lule river's gentle flow just outside. With six rooms and a capacity for 14 beds, modern amenities such as free WiFi, and nearby facilities for rooms without showers and toilets, your stay is designed for comfort and relaxation. After a day of exploring the breathtaking natural surroundings.
